Try TradeRecall free for 30 days before you buy. If you buy and change your mind, you get your money back within 14 days of the purchase.

Write to support at traderecall.app from the email you bought with. No questions you have to answer.

What happens

The full amount goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. The licence is deactivated; the app returns to the free manual journal, and your data stays on your computer.

Right of withdrawal in the EU

If you are a consumer in the EU, the law gives you 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from it. For digital content this right can end once the content is delivered; TradeRecall does not rely on that. The refund above already gives you the full amount back within 14 days, without a reason, even after you have activated and used the licence.

To withdraw, a short email to support at traderecall.app is enough. You may also use this form:
