NinjaTrader on a Mac
NinjaTrader runs in Windows under Parallels on a Mac. TradeRecall on the Mac saves the add-on straight into the Documents folder of that Windows, where NinjaTrader imports it from.
What your Mac needs
- Apple silicon (M1 or newer), macOS 13 or later. Macs with an Intel chip do not run TradeRecall.
- Parallels with Windows, for Sierra Chart and NinjaTrader, with its own Windows licence.
- Voice notes into tags: 24 GB of memory or more, with 8 GB of it given to Windows. 32 GB or more gets a larger download.
Voice notes on the Mac
⌥⌘J starts and stops a voice note from anywhere, your trading platform included. The note goes into the trade you are in, at the moment you said it. Voice trading journal
