Import only: TradeRecall does not record R|Trader Pro by itself. You export R|Trader Pro's Fill History, and TradeRecall imports the file.

What comes in

Every fill of your Rithmic account from R|Trader Pro's Fill History, also the fills another program made.
A fill already in the journal from Quantower, NinjaTrader or Sierra Chart is recognised and left out, and the summary says how many were already recorded.
The file carries no orders, so a trade's stop is not known: to get R, open the trade, choose Edit and type its stop.

In R|Trader Pro, open Fill History, set Trade Date from and to, press Fetch, then choose Export As CSV in the drop-down of the last button on the window's toolbar.
In TradeRecall, open Trades › Import and pick the file. R|Trader Pro names its time zone in the column title: the import sheet shows it, and one press puts it into Source timezone.
