What comes in

  • Your orders and fills from TradingView's Order history.
  • With the Activity log beside it: when you moved a stop or a target, and to which price.
  • Orders and Trade history can come along; Trade history checks the money against TradingView's own trades.
  • Futures only (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX). Other symbols are counted and left out.
  • Imported trades have no chart pictures.

Say why while you trade

⌥⌘J on a Mac or Win+Shift+J on Windows starts and stops a voice note while you trade, and the note goes into your journal. Voice trading journal

How you bring it in

  1. In TradingView, open the Trading Panel at the bottom, click the download icon beside its tabs and choose Download data. Your trades are in Order history; All tabs gives all six files at once.
  2. In TradeRecall, open Trades › Import › TradingView and choose the files together.
  3. Choose the time zone of the computer you exported on: the times in the files are that computer's clock.
  4. Choose the journal account, and whether it is paper or live: the export does not name the account.

A continuous symbol such as MES1! does not say which contract month you traded, so its trades are kept under the root, MES.
